All Rumble Tuff pumps, electric and manual, have adjustable suction levels.

May I return an item I received as a gift?

Due to the personal nature of some of our products, some items can not be returned. There are exceptions so please see our Return Policy HERE.

 

To request an exchange, please email our Customer Service at customerservice@rumbletuff.com or call us 801-609-8168. Please provide your name, order number, the product(s) you wish to exchange, and the item(s) you wish to receive.

You can either:

  1. Place your order by phone or email, and the amount will immediately be deducted from your total.
    Or

  2. We can issue you a store credit coupon by phone or email in the amount of the item(s) you returned. You can use that coupon at our online store, www.rumbletuff.com, to purchase the exchange items(s).

 

When we have received your request, you will be issued a return authorization number, (RAN).

Please provide this number on your order receipt with your return shipment.
